We’re looking for 12 Senior Technical Consultants who bring both technical depth and a strong sense of responsibility to the work. Someone who understands that what we build has real impact on real people.
What you’ll do
You will help organizations operate with greater clarity and efficiency.
Working alongside government and enterprise leaders, you’ll translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
You’ll design and deliver applications that streamline workflows, unify data, and support smarter decision-making.
You’ll:
- Design thoughtful, well-structured data models
- Build applications using a modern low-code platform
- Integrate systems to ensure seamless information flow
- Apply AI in ways that are purposeful and measurable
- Guide customers toward long-term self-sufficiency
This is hands-on work, grounded in outcomes.
What you bring
You bring a strong foundation and a commitment to doing things the right way.
- A Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Working knowledge of SQL and data structures
- Experience designing clean, scalable data models
Equally important:
- The ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and respect
- Confidence working with non-technical stakeholders
- Experience guiding discussions, aligning teams, and moving work forward
- A steady, reliable track record

You’ll be close to the teams and missions you support, working onsite and alongside clients. At times, this includes secure environments where trust and accountability are essential.
