1. Geospatial Imagery Analysis Trainer
Salary: $90K–$125K + Benefits
Train the next generation of cleared analysts on EO, IR, SAR, FMV, and Order of Battle.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
✔️ 3+ years of geospatial imagery analysis experience
✔️ 1+ year delivering training in EO/IR/SAR/FMV
✔️ Strong Order of Battle knowledge (air, ground, naval)
✔️ The heart of a mentor and the mindset of a mission leader
2. Project Staffing Manager
Salary: $90K–$150K + Benefits
Run the daily staffing puzzle across 100+ cleared team members and 20+ concurrent projects.
You’ll thrive if: You’re an Excel-savvy, people-focused problem solver who lives for operational flow and has staffed dynamic programs in fast-paced environments.
We’re looking for someone who’s actually done this before—led 100+ people across dozens of projects, built live staffing plans, forecasted capacity, and kept the wheels turning when priorities shifted fast. If you’ve never matched people to projects based on skill, clearance, and availability—or haven’t led a team of supervisors in a GovCon environment—this probably isn’t the role for you. We need someone who thrives in the gray zone between people ops, scheduling, and operations. If you hold certs like RMCP, CWPP, PMP, or have real-world mastery of tools like MS Project, Deltek, or Kronos—you’ll feel right at home.
